Terms and Conditions: 100% of the session cost is due upfront. 75% of this amount is a non-refundable retainer to secure your booking date. Turnaround Time: Images will be delivered within 10-20 business days, operating 5 business days per week.
Date Transfers: Dates can be transferred up to 1 week before the session without penalty. A $25 fee applies for changes made within the week. No transfers are allowed on the day of the session; the client will lose the retainer, but the remaining balance can be applied to a new date.
Late Policy: Any lateness exceeding 15 minutes may result in reduced session time or additional fees. Additional People: Extra people in the shoot beyond what's included in the package will incur additional charges.
Cancellation: No-shows forfeit the retainer and session without refunds or rescheduled.
Copyright: All images remain the property of the photographer; clients may not alter or sell images without permission.
Usage Rights: Clients may use the images for personal use only; commercial use requires explicit consent.
